WHAT IS OST ACCESS TO RECOVERY


The Access to Recovery program is part of a nationwide presidential initiative to provide choice to individuals who are seeking recovery from substance abuse. With an individualized voucher to purchase clinical treatment and recovery support services, you decide who will provide services, increasing you chance for success in recovery.


WHO IS ELIGIBLE


  1. Any native American, regardless of the tribal affiliation, who is either enrolled or has a parent enrolled in a federally 

  recognized Tribe, a degree of Indian Blood form a federally recognized Tribe will also be accepted.

• Resides in any county west of the Missouri River in South Dakota or Western Nebraska.

• Between the ages of 10-80.

• Currently struglling with substance abuse.


ADMISSION PROCESS


• Find a service provider near you by visiting out website or calling our office.

  1. You will be screened electronically and if found eligible for services, a voucher for an assessment will be offered and  

  a list of available providers will be given to you.

• You will choose a provider and a care manager.

• You will be given support and guidance until discharged.


SERVICES ACCESS TO RECOVERY WILL VOUCHER


• Screening

• GPRA 6 Month Follow-up Interview

• Clinical or Recovery Support Assessment/Intake GPRA

• Low Intensive Outpatient (Under 9 hours per week)

• High Intensive Outpatient (At least 9 hours per week)

• Special Needs Fund

• Residential Treatment Assistance
